On February 2, 2026, SIIT welcomed 23 students from Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris (ISEP), France to the Orientation Session for Semester 2/2025.

The program introduced students to Thammasat University, SIIT facilities, Basic Thai Language and culture,as well as an overview of academic courses and project opportunitie—particularly in the Logistics and Supply Chain Systems Engineering (LSCSE) program. In the afternoon, students joined a campus tour, giving them the opportunity to explore key locations around the university and become familiar with the campus environment.

This exchange is part of a special three-month academic program, newly developed through close collaboration between SIIT and ISEP, one of SIIT’s long-standing partner universities, together with the LSCSE program. Under this initiative, students enroll in courses at SIIT and are able to transfer earned credits back to their home university.

While SIIT already hosts around 100–120 exchange students annually through its regular exchange programs, this newly launched program goes beyond the traditional exchange framework. It opens additional opportunities for partner universities to send students to study at SIIT in a more flexible, short-term academic.
